Introduction
Kim Minji is a South Korean singer-songwriter, dancer, and composer under ADOR and HYBE Labels. She is a member of the girl group NewJeans.
Born and raised in Chuncheon, South Korea, Minji moved to Seoul and eventually began training under Source Music. Following this, due to internal changes within the company, Minji joined the label ADOR, leading to her debut as a member of NewJeans.
On July 22, 2022, Minji officially debuted as a member of NewJeans with their self-titled mini debut album “NewJeans”.
Besides group activities, Minji also pursued solo endeavors, such as brand endorsements and pictorials. She is also credited as one of the lyricists of NewJeans’ award-winning song “Ditto.”
