Introduction
Jessica Jung, popularly known as Jessica, is a Korean-American singer, actress, businesswoman, and writer currently signed with Coridel Entertainment and United Talent Agency. She used to be a member of the popular girl group Girls’ Generation formed by SM Entertainment.
In early 2014, she established a fashion company, Blanc & Eclare. Later that year, she departed the group Girls’ Generation due to her business commitments clashing with the group’s schedule.
In 2015, she also terminated her contract with SM Entertainment and signed with Coridel Entertainment in 2016, before launching her first solo album. Jessica eventually made her debut as a soloist with the mini album “With Love, J” on May 17, 2016. She also released a novel titled “Shine” in September 2020, which became a bestseller.
