Hitomi

Introduction

Hitomi is a Japanese singer, dancer, and model under iNKODE. She is a member of the girl group SAY MY NAME.

Hitomi originally debuted in the Japanese girl group AKB48 on April 3, 2014, as part of Team 8.

In 2018, she was a contestant on the third season of MNET’s hit survival show Produce 48, where she ranked 9th place in the finale with 240,418 votes, earning her a spot in the final group, IZ*ONE. She made her debut with the group on October 29, 2018, with the release of their first mini album “COLOR*IZ”.

After IZ*ONE disbanded on April 29, 2021, Hitomi returned to her previous girl group, AKB48, and pursued her activities with them until her graduation on January 26, 2024.

On September 13, 2024, she was announced as the seventh and last member of iNKODE’s upcoming girl group SAY MY NAME, whom gained attention due to veteran singer Kim Jae Joong being heavily involved in the group’s development and training.

Hitomi made her debut with SAY MY NAME on October 16, 2024 with the release of their self-titled first mini album “SAY MY NAME”.
