Introduction
Girls’ Generation-TTS is the first sub-unit of the South Korean girl group Girls’ Generation. The name “TTS” is derived from the first syllables of the members’ names: Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun.
They debuted on April 29, 2012, with their first mini album Twinkle. The title track, “Twinkle,” achieved domestic success, earning a triple crown on weekly music shows by ranking No. 1 for three consecutive weeks.
In September 2014, the group released their second EP, “Holler”. It was revealed that Seohyun wrote the lyrics for the song “Only U,” while Tiffany served as the visual director for the Holler music video concept. During the promotional period, the members also starred in the reality show “The TaeTiSeo”, which showcased their personal lives, daily routines, and time spent off-stage.
In December 2015, TTS released their third EP, a Christmas special album titled “Dear Santa”. Seohyun wrote the lyrics for the title track of the same name.
