Kim Yerim, known professionally as Yeri, is a South Korean singer and actress under Blitzway Studios. She joined Red Velvet as the youngest member (maknae) on March 10, 2015, after being introduced through the group’s promotions for “Ice Cream Cake.”
Beyond music, Yeri has pursued a career in acting and television hosting. She made her acting debut in 2021 through the drama anthology “Drama Stage 2021” and later starred in the web series “Blue Birthday.” She has also appeared on variety shows such as Secret Unnie (2018) and Law of the Jungle in Thailand (2019).
In addition to acting, Yeri has hosted multiple programs, including Show! Music Core (2015), The Viewable SM (2016), and her own reality show “Yeri’s Room” (2020), which aired on Dum Dum Studio’s YouTube channel.
On April 4th, 2025, SM Entertainment announced that Yeri, along with Wendy, will not be renewing their contracts but they will continue as members of Red Velvet.
